The location was beautiful, in a beautiful setting. What's more, it was close to Waterford County...

Enjoyed the superior family king room with bed shaking from footfall, 2 windows, for example I was given. The staff were amicable and very pleasant and the location was incredible in a beautiful setting. And it was also close enough to a quiet area that ensures a restful night's sleep, the restaurant, and Cappoquin.
The bathroom was poor.

I had a fantastic time staying at a charming country house with great hospitality. The warm welcome from the friendly lady at reception made me feel instantly at ease. The rooms were beautiful, offering stunning views of the mountains. I especially loved the cozy sitting room with its gorgeous open fire, where my mom and I enjoyed a relaxing game of cards. The location was perfect, and the restaurant served excellent food with top-notch service. I highly recommend this lovely country home for a memorable stay.

This place is like stepping into a fairytale! The old house has so much character and charm, but the rooms are super comfortable and warm. The drawing room with the roaring fire is just perfect for a cozy night in. The family bedroom was spacious and had a lovely antique feel to it. And let me tell you, the food here is out of this world! The fresh scones for breakfast were a tasty surprise, and the cooked-to-order breakfast menu was a delight. And don't get me started on the four-course dinner - it was a culinary masterpiece. The location is great too, just a short walk from town and a quick drive to beautiful Lismore. And don't miss out on a trip to Ardmore beach for a walk and some fish and chips. Trust me, you won't want to leave this paradise!
